Refund and Exchange Policy
We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction!
We very rarely have requests for returns. Nevertheless, below are our general guidelines. Please contact us if you have any issue with any product we sell. We will be more than happy to work with you!
If a product is damaged or we sent the wrong product. We will gladly provide offer:
- a full refund for the item
- exchange the item for a new one
If you ordered the wrong product:
- you can exchange the item for one of equal value. You would be responsible for all shipping costs. Must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
- Items returned between 15 & 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible or all shipping costs.
- Items returned after 30 days from purchase can no be returned.
Custom Made or Special/Custom Ordered Items:
Items that are custom made, ordered, or items specifically ordered in large quantities (well over quantities we normally stock) are generally not returnable.Deposits are not refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Additional Shipping policies: Cost of shipping, shipping insurance, shipping materials, brokerage fees, customs fees, wire transfer fees & or return shipping can not be refunded, sorry. All returned items must be received in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition.
